AFC MI & Reporting Analyst
The AFC MI & Reporting Analyst plays a key role in helping Entain protect its business, customers, and communities from financial crime. Working within the Group AFC Governance team, the analyst supports the delivery of meaningful management information, reporting, and analysis that helps drive informed decision-making across the organisation.
This role is suited for a highly analytical individual who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and transforming complex information into actionable insights.
- Support the delivery of key AFC MI and reporting, ensuring accurate, timely and insightful analysis is available to stakeholders across the business.
- Develop, maintain and enhance reporting dashboards, automated reporting solutions and MI frameworks that provide visibility of AFC performance, trends, KPIs and KRIs.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports relating to financial crime, regulatory and governance activities, supporting informed decision-making across the organisation.
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Data Analytics and BI teams to ensure reporting outputs are aligned, consistent and fit for purpose.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, data quality enhancements and the use of AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support AFC risk assessments and regulatory reporting activities by gathering, analysing and presenting key data and insights.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, data analysis and reporting (required).
- Experience using data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Power Query and DAX (required).
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends and translate findings into meaningful business insights (required).
- Experience producing dashboards, management information and reports for a variety of stakeholders, including non-technical audiences (required).
- Working knowledge of SQL, data modelling and data warehousing concepts, together with an understanding of ELT data pipelines (nice-to-have).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly (required).
- Exposure to AI tools (nice-to-have).
- Relevant AML or Compliance qualifications (e.g. ICA, ACAMS) (nice-to-have).
