AI Transformation Manager
As an AI Transformation Manager, the role is responsible for identifying, shaping, and delivering AI-enabled transformation initiatives across Entain. Working closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Technology, and Operations, the manager will help turn emerging AI opportunities into practical solutions that drive efficiency, improve customer experiences, and deliver measurable business value.
The role involves managing a portfolio of AI projects, ensuring delivery against objectives, timelines, and budgets. Support will be provided for the development of AI roadmaps and transformation plans aligned to strategic business goals. The manager will work alongside Technology and Data teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, practical, and effectively embedded. Performance and impact of AI initiatives will be monitored, driving continuous improvement and value realisation. Staying up to date with emerging AI trends and technologies is also a key aspect of the role.
- Identify and assess opportunities to leverage AI across multiple business functions.
- Lead AI transformation initiatives from discovery and business case development through to implementation and adoption.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of AI projects, ensuring delivery against objectives, timelines and budgets.
- Support the development of AI roadmaps and transformation plans aligned to strategic business goals.
- Work alongside Technology and Data teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, practical and effectively embedded.
- Monitor the performance and impact of AI initiatives, driving continuous improvement and value realisation.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Experience delivering large-scale business or digital transformation programmes (required).
- Proven experience managing AI, automation, analytics or technology-enabled change initiatives (required).
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, machine learning and process automation (required).
- Experience building business cases and prioritising initiatives based on commercial impact (required).
- Knowledge of AI governance, risk management and responsible AI principles (required).
- Experience leading complex transformation, technology or business change programmes within a large commercial organisation (required).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, machine learning and automation technologies, including practical use cases (required).
- Experience identifying and delivering measurable business value through technology-led initiatives (required).
- Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy and risk management frameworks (required).
- Experience working with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and embed change across an organisation (required).
