CRM Executive - Sports Interaction
Entain is looking for a CRM Executive to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Toronto. This role focuses on driving targeted, data-led CRM campaigns to enhance player engagement and retention within the Canadian market.
Reporting to the CRM Manager, the CRM Executive will deliver engaging and compliant customer communications across multiple channels. The role involves executing campaigns that influence player behaviour and improve customer journeys by combining analytical insight with strong execution.
- Execute CRM communication and promotional plans across email, SMS, push and in-app channels.
- Utilise AI-driven insights and segmentation tools to enhance campaign targeting and effectiveness.
- Build, QA and deploy campaigns with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor KPI performance and collaborate with analytics teams to identify improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, timing and promotional effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally with creative teams to deliver compelling campaign assets.
- Proven experience in CRM campaign execution within a B2C environment (required).
- Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing and customer engagement strategies (required).
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Optimove or similar tools (required).
- Analytical capability with reporting and performance measurement tools (required).
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and compliance standards (required).
- Salary of $70,000 to $85,000 CAD.
- Hybrid working model with 2 to 3 days per week in the office.
