Customer Service Agent
Entain is looking for Customer Service Agents to join its growing team supporting Sports Interaction, Canada's oldest online sportsbook and casino operator. The role reports to the Customer Service Manager. As a Customer Service Agent, the post holder will be the first contact for customers, delivering exceptional service through live chat, email and phone. They will help resolve queries, troubleshoot issues and create positive customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with customer service, contact centre, hospitality, gaming or office-based support experience who enjoy helping people and solving problems.
- Act as the first contact for customers through live chat, email and phone.
- Deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and troubleshoot issues.
- Create positive customer experiences.
- Previous customer service, contact centre, gaming, betting or office-based support experience (required).
- Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests (required).
- Problem-solving skills (required).
- Experience building relationships with main partners for each assigned customer (required).
- Comfortable working across multiple systems (required).
- Good typing speed and computer literacy (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (required).
- Experience with customer support or ticketing platforms (nice-to-have).
- French language skills are an asset but not essential (nice-to-have).
- Compensation: CAD 41,600 - CAD 44,000 yearly.
- Quarterly performance bonuses up to 10%.
