Finance Business Partner - FTC
This is a hybrid role working from the Stratford office. As a Finance Business Partner on a 12 month FTC, the individual will thrive on building relationships, influencing decisions and turning financial insight into action. Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Financial Management, this is an opportunity to join a newly formed team where there will be real visibility, meaningful ownership and the chance to help shape how Entain partners with the business in the future.
- Partnering with stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight and challenge.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting activities.
- Analysing performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and making a meaningful impact.
- Supporting cost optimisation initiatives and commercial decision-making.
- Translating complex financial information into clear recommendations.
- Delivering reporting and insights that improve business performance.
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting (required).
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience (required).
- The ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at different levels (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required).
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems (required).
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or be actively working towards one (required).
