Entain is seeking a top-performing strategy professional to help shape the future of the business. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, working for the Director of the COO office.
You will own key projects across commercial, product, and analytics as the company pursues continued market share gains. You will join a high-performing and expanding strategy team, with a track record of upwards movement within the organisation.
- Own and deliver high priority, cross-functional projects that are crucial to the company's success. These include but are not limited to transformational projects, growth initiatives and operational models.
- Establish structured yet flexible frameworks to manage initiatives efficiently while adapting to a fast-changing business environment.
- Use data driven insights to support leadership in refining and updating commercial strategy.
- Ensure that operational execution aligns with long-term strategic objectives, bridging the gap between planning and action.
- Synthesize the different strands of complex business performance data, strategic initiatives, and market trends into clear and compelling narratives.
- 7+ years' experience in strategy consulting (required).
- Experience in Real Money Gaming (preferred).
- Thrives in both high level strategy discussion and hands-on execution (required).
- Adept at managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across senior stakeholders (required).
