Junior Graphic Designer - BetMGM
This is a hybrid role. As a Jr. Graphic Designer - BetMGM, the individual will deliver standout concepts and design implementation for 360 campaigns across all touch points for one or more of the company's brands. Reporting to the Design Team Lead, they will be part of the Sports Team and other brands, contributing creatively.
The role involves designing for 360 briefs across digital, social, website, retail, OOH, and CRM communications. The designer will support the design team with campaigns, often working on Tier 2, 3, and 4 projects while supporting Tier 1. They will take on and action feedback from senior creatives and marketers, ensuring brand guidelines are observed and work is produced accordingly. Collaboration on projects with copywriters, designers, production, delivery, and important project team members is also a key aspect of the role.
- Design for 360 briefs (Digital, social,website, retail, OOH, and CRM) communications.
- Support the design team with campaigns.
- Often work on Tier 2, 3, and 4, supporting Tier 1.
- Take on and actioning feedback from senior creatives and marketers.
- Ensure that brand guidelines are observed and produce work.
- Collaborate on projects with copywriters, designers, production, delivery, and important project team members.
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Digital/Graphic Design (required).
- An art, multi-media background (required).
- Demonstrate ideas and design examples (required).
- Mac literate with a knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (required).
- Independently manage your time across multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring and accurate delivery of design materials (required).
