Payments Relationship Manager
The Payments Relationship Manager is a hybrid role requiring at least two days per week in the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with external payment providers to ensure competitive commercials and the effective utilisation of all available features and functionalities.
Reporting to the Head of Payments Relationships or a Senior Payments Relationship Manager, the role sits within the Payments and Compliance team. The position focuses on contract negotiation, issue resolution, and stakeholder management to support the broader business objectives.
- Develop solid relationships with payment providers and partners.
- Set up regular calls and meetings with providers.
- Monitor the performance of providers to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather details of planned development and roadmap items to ensure the product roadmap is aligned.
- Collaborate with other Payment Relationship Managers to produce monthly packs by market and region to illustrate performance, including deposits, withdrawals, and fees.
- Provide key insights to the business based on performance data.
- Provide input and guidance to the ongoing development and updating of standard operating procedures and processes to ensure consistent performance and quality.
- A track record of relationship and stakeholder management (required).
- A good understanding of the payments industry (required).
- Experience in working cross-functionally with stakeholders of varying seniority (required).
