Performance Delivery Enablement Specialist FTC
The Performance Delivery Enablement Specialist role is a 6-month fixed-term contract. It is a hands-on support role within a small team, focused on helping work through a backlog of practical automation, tooling, and data enablement activities for portfolio teams and pods.
The role supports the continued adoption of Kiro, agile ways of working, and AI-enabled delivery practices by helping build automated agents, dashboards, and reusable solutions that teams can use in day-to-day delivery. It is suited to someone who enjoys practical problem solving, learning through doing, and helping teams make better use of data and automation.
The successful candidate will work with Portfolio, Product, Technology, and pod teams to understand delivery pain points, support the build of simple solutions, and improve visibility, flow, and decision-making.
- Help build and maintain dashboards that give portfolio teams clear visibility of delivery flow, risks, dependencies, and value indicators.
- Support the development of practical tools that simplify planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities, prioritised through a clear backlog of team needs.
- Create reusable dashboard views and reporting assets that support consistent portfolio delivery conversations.
- Ensure dashboards and tooling are easy to use, relevant to team needs, and aligned to delivery priorities.
- Help create and iterate automated agents that teams can use in pods, including reporting preparation, delivery insight generation, routine workflow support, and board health checks.
- Use Kiro and other approved AI-enabled tools to prototype, test, and improve practical delivery enablement solutions.
- Spot opportunities where automation and AI can reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, or support delivery routines.
- Support teams in building confidence with AI-enabled ways of working through practical examples and reusable patterns.
- Support teams to use automated agents, tools, and reusable patterns so they can work in a more agile way.
- Help teams improve visibility of work, manage dependencies, and maintain focus on outcomes rather than activity.
- Work with portfolio and pod teams to identify bottlenecks, ageing work, and opportunities to improve delivery flow.
- Help teams use automation to reduce friction, improve flow, and support continuous learning.
- Work directly with teams to understand delivery pain points and translate them into simple, usable tools and solutions.
- Use simple problem-solving approaches to understand root causes, simplify processes, and reduce manual effort.
- Develop lightweight standards, playbooks, and examples that help portfolio teams scale good practice.
- Provide hands-on support to teams adopting new dashboards, tools, agents, and ways of working.
- Help surface relevant data and insights to teams so they can use it to support decision-making, prioritisation, and delivery conversations.
- Review delivery information to help identify patterns, risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development of delivery metrics and reporting views that promote transparency and practical action.
- Help stakeholders understand and use data effectively, avoiding reporting for reporting's sake.
- Work with Product, Technology, Portfolio, and pod teams to understand requirements, test ideas, and improve solutions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure tooling and automation supports real delivery needs.
- Communicate complex or technical outputs in a clear, practical, and accessible way.
- Role model openness to change, adaptability, and a positive approach to evolving ways of working.
- Good understanding of agile ways of working and modern product delivery practices (required).
- Practical experience using Kiro or similar AI-enabled tools to support delivery activity (required).
- Experience building dashboards, reporting views, workflow automations, or delivery tooling (required).
