Production Coordinator
As a Production Coordinator, the role involves working within Entain's in-house creative department. The position requires liaising with Production, in-house Creatives, and stakeholders to support creative teams in producing 360-degree campaigns across Entain's portfolio of brands, such as Ladbrokes, Coral, Foxy, and Gala.
The role is instrumental in driving campaigns across social, digital, TV, and CRM channels, from concepting and crafting to production, aiming to deliver real business results across the Entain brand family. The focus is on making complex processes feel seamless and delivering moments of pure excitement responsibly and sustainably.
- Lead the delivery of 360-degree media campaigns, managing on-air and off-air elements from briefing through to final delivery, with a focus on Tier 3 and 4 activity and support on higher-tier projects when needed.
- Manage end-to-end integrated projects, building detailed project and production schedules, assigning tasks, coordinating internal resource, and ensuring all key milestones, delivery dates and live dates are met.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders, including Delivery & Automation, gathering technical specifications, requesting and actioning feedback, and managing expectations throughout each campaign.
- Support Producers on Tier 1/2 campaigns and shoots, helping ensure smooth execution while maintaining high production standards.
- Ensure compliance with current industry regulations and health & safety requirements, particularly when planning or supporting shoots.
- Maintain accurate team documentation, including resource plans, project status updates, and budget trackers, while forward-planning production tasks across multiple campaigns and managing dependencies.
