Regulatory Fraud and Risk Specialist with Portuguese
The Regulatory Fraud and Risk Specialist works in the Fraud and Risk team at Entain. The team's overarching remit is Fraud detection and prevention. Reviewing Fraud and Risk triggers, requesting, and reviewing EDD, handling KYC and ensuring all relevant regulatory, fraud and GDPR requirements are strictly followed.
- Ensure we are compliant with all regulatory, fraud and GDPR requirements in all markets.
- Provide Fraud, Risk and KYC expertise to all teams, including AFC, CDD as Player Protection.
- Participate in SENs creation when translation and documents clarification are needed.
- Handle customer documents as part of the KYC and/or EDD risk prevention flow.
- Provide expertise & collect examples for the Documents Library.
- Perform overall review of accounts as part of registrations, deposit, withdrawal approval and/or fraud prevention procedures.
- Analyse customer deposits and account categories, to prevent fraud, correct errors and resolve problems.
- Suggest improvements to procedures and systems, in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care.
- Investigate financial irregularities on accounts.
- Work with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud.
- Help maintain quality control and customer care through analysis of player contact.
- Investigate risk issues relating to third party processors.
- Check gaming history.
- Liaise with players on account related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care.
- Sound knowledge of the different aspects of Risk work including Online Payments or Financial Services knowledge (required)
- Ability to identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns (required)
- Sound and demonstrable experience with fraud analysis and investigations (required)
- Fluent in English and Portuguese language at a business level (required)
- Command of another language is a plus (nice-to-have)
