Risk Associate with French
Entain is looking for a Risk Associate to join the Risk team in a hybrid capacity. The team's overarching aim is to catch and prevent fraud at Entain's gaming websites, take care of KYC related queries and ensure that the team strictly follows all the GDPR and regulation requirements.
The role involves maintaining agreed service levels for the respective label(s), communicating with players on account-related issues, and resolving problems to ensure high levels of customer care. The Risk Associate will also ensure compliance with GDPR and market-specific regulatory requirements, and assist other teams with KYC and Fraud/Risk issues. They will create SENs when translation and document clarification are needed, handle customer documents as part of the KYC or risk prevention flow, and provide expertise for the Documents Library.
Further responsibilities include reviewing customer withdrawals within agreed time frames, performing overall account reviews for withdrawal approval and fraud prevention, and analyzing customer deposits and account categories to prevent fraud, correct errors, and resolve problems. The role also involves suggesting improvements to procedures, investigating financial irregularities, and working with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud. The Risk Associate will help maintain quality control and customer care through analysis of player contact and investigate risk issues relating to third-party processors, as well as check gaming history.
- Maintain agreed service levels for the respective label(s).
- Communicate with players on account-related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care.
- Ensure compliance with the GDPR and all market-specific regulatory requirements.
- Assist AFC, CDD, Player Protection and other Teams around KYC and Fraud/Risk issues.
- Create SENs when translation and document clarification are needed, and participate in the process.
- Handle customer documents as part of the KYC or risk prevention flow.
- Provide expertise & collect examples for the Documents Library.
- Review customer withdrawals within the agreed time frames.
- Perform overall review of accounts as part of withdrawal approval and fraud prevention procedures.
- Analyze customer deposits and account categories to prevent fraud, correct errors and resolve problems.
- Suggest improvements to procedures, in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care.
- Investigate financial irregularities on accounts.
- Work with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud.
- Help maintain quality control and customer care through analysis of player contact.
- Investigate risk issues relating to third-party processors.
- Check gaming history.
- Sound knowledge of the different aspects of Risk work including Online Payments or Financial Services knowledge (required).
- Experience identifying subtle fraud and abuse patterns through fraud analysis and investigations (required).
