Risk Associate with Italian
The Risk Associate role is situated within the Fraud and Risk Department. The position focuses on monitoring fraud, risk, and KYC activity throughout the entire lifecycle of customer accounts.
The individual in this role reports to a team lead and is responsible for the identification and prevention of fraudulent activities. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining account integrity and ensuring high standards of customer care.
- Communicate with players on account related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care.
- Analyse customer deposits and account categories to prevent fraud, correct errors and resolve problems.
- Analyse records of Affiliate accounts to check for any irregularities.
- Suggest improvements to procedures in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care.
- Investigate financial irregularities on accounts.
- Work with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud.
- Help maintain quality control and customer care through analysis of player contact.
- Investigate risk issues relating to third-party processors.
- Check gaming history.
- Sound knowledge of the different aspects of Risk work including Online Payments or Financial Services knowledge (required).
- Fluent English and Italian at business level (required).
- Ability to identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns (required).
- Very good command of Microsoft office tools (required).
- Logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach (required).
