Risk Associate with Portuguese
As a Risk Associate, the post holder will work in the Fraud and Risk Department, responsible for monitoring fraud, risk, and KYC activity throughout the customer account lifecycle. The role reports to one of the team leads and manages the identification and prevention of fraud.
This is an opportunity to add true value to a team by communicating with players on account related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care. The role involves analysing customer deposits and account categories to prevent fraud, correct errors and resolve problems. It also includes analysing records of Affiliate accounts to ensure there are no irregularities and suggesting improvements to procedures in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care.
The post holder will investigate financial irregularities on accounts and work with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud. They will help maintain quality control and customer care through analysis of player contact and investigate risk issues relating to third-party processors. Checking gaming history is also part of the role.
- Communicate with players on account related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care.

- Sound knowledge of the different aspects of Risk work including Online Payments or Financial Services knowledge (required).
- Fluent English and Portuguese at business level (required).
- Ability to identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns (required).
- Very good command of Microsoft office tools (required).
- Logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach (required).
