Senior Motion Designer
Entain Creative is an in-house creative agency responsible for bringing communications and marketing briefs to life, creating and producing innovative content that increases business performance across Entain brands. The agency delivers campaigns spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing, TV, OOH and social.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing in-house agency environment where you'll have the chance to influence creative standards, work on high-profile campaigns and help shape how moving image storytelling is delivered across the business. The Senior Motion Designer will take a leading role in creating engaging motion graphics, animation and video content for campaigns seen by millions of customers worldwide. The Senior Motion Designer will combine creative thinking with technical excellence, transforming ideas into compelling content across social, CRM, performance marketing, TV and digital channels. Working closely with designers, copywriters, marketers and production partners, the Senior Motion Designer will help elevate the quality, consistency and effectiveness of creative output across Entain's portfolio of brands.
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animation and edited video across digital, social, CRM, web, TV and OOH channels.
- Develop concepts, storyboards and motion treatments that bring creative ideas to life.
- Edit footage into polished final assets, including sound design, colour correction, captions and animated overlays.
- Lead motion design craft across selected briefs, ensuring strong visual storytelling and brand consistency.
- Deliver assets across multiple formats, aspect ratios and channel specifications.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, social and production teams to deliver effective campaign work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (required).
- Strong understanding of motion design principles including typography, composition, pacing and storytelling (required).
- Proven experience delivering motion and video projects from concept through to final execution (required).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, video formats and channel-specific requirements (required).
- Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills (required).
