Senior Producer
As a Senior Producer, you will manage a team within your dedicated brand vertical and oversee work from brief through to delivery. You will lead production across a range of campaign types, including large-scale branding projects, TV commercials, photo shoots, activations, online and social content, and integrated campaigns.
You will act as the lead producer for either Ladbrokes, Coral, or Gala/Foxy/Party, although there may be opportunities to support across multiple brand departments. You will also serve as the primary production contact and escalation point for at least one brand.
- Produce all elements of 360° media campaigns, ensuring delivery of both on and off-air campaign assets.
- Guide projects from briefing through to delivery across your assigned brand.
- Scope production solutions for Tier 1 projects, ensuring assets are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage integrated projects from initial brief through to post-live support.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets and timelines.
- Create production estimates and present them to stakeholders.
- Track, manage and reconcile campaign budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reconcile and close project budgets upon completion.
- Manage licensing requirements for campaign assets, including music, imagery, voiceover and fonts.
- Source and manage external production suppliers and partners.
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding activities.
- Assess incoming briefs within Wrike and allocate work to Producers and Production Coordinators.
- Support projects throughout their lifecycle, providing guidance and escalation where required.
- Manage feedback and approval processes across the Creative team and wider business stakeholders.
- Communicate project scope changes and ensure they are managed throughout delivery.
- Take ownership of the production partnership between the Creative team and stakeholders for at least one brand, including leading weekly status meetings.
- Ensure all production practices comply with relevant industry regulations, health and safety standards and insurance requirements.
- Ensure all campaign content is legally compliant and communicated to the Delivery and Automation teams.
- Oversee clearance requirements where applicable.
- Line manage Producers and Production Coordinators.
- Support team development through regular one-to-one meetings and goal setting.
- Monitor workload, capacity and resource allocation across the team.
- Build relationships with new suppliers and third-party partners.
- Proactively research production companies, post-production houses, directors and photographers.
- Support other brands, including during holiday periods.
- Occasional travel, including overseas travel, may be required.
- Experience as a Senior Producer or Producer with post-production experience gained within an advertising agency, production company or in-house creative team (required).
- A portfolio demonstrating delivery of large-scale productions, including multi-location and large cast/talent projects (required).
- Extensive knowledge of multi-channel production, including formats, media and campaign rollouts (required).
- Demonstrable commercial production and digital media knowledge (required).
- Strong understanding of production and post-production workflows, including design and audio (required).
- Knowledge of technical specifications and media management processes (required).
- Understanding of camera, lighting, studio and location equipment requirements (required).
- Experience producing moving image content across live action and animation (required).
- Extensive experience with Clearcast and radio clearance processes (required).
- Strong financial management skills, including budget management, reconciliation, invoicing and purchase orders (required).
- Experience managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously (required).
- Proven ability to remain organised and effective under pressure (required).
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to respond to reactive requests (required).
- Experience line managing team members (required).
- An established network of industry contacts and production partners (required).
- Experience gained across both agency and in-house environments (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of, or interest in, horse racing and/or sports betting (nice-to-have).
