IT Support Specialist
Evolution is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage the installation and configuration of studio IT equipment. This role involves the hardware installation and daily maintenance of video walls, video mixers, monitors, switches, signal converters, and CCTV cameras, utilizing software-defined tools.
The specialist will perform technical quality assurance of live studio environments and prepare necessary report data, filling out protocols. Responsibilities also include the configuration, installation, and maintenance of video mixers, signal converters, splitters, and other video devices. Additionally, the role entails the installation and maintenance of network equipment and cabling, such as low voltage, data, SDI, and optical fibre. The installation, calibration, and administration of video walls, promotional tablets, monitors, CCTV cameras, and servers are also key aspects of this position.
- Installation and configuration of studio IT equipment, video walls, video mixers, monitors, switches, signal converters & CCTV cameras, utilizing software defined tools, also its hardware installation and daily maintenance.
- Perform technical quality assurance of live studio environments, prepare necessary report data and fill protocols.
- Video mixers, signal converters, splitters and other video devices configuration, installation, and maintenance.
- Network equipment and cabling installation in studios - low voltage, data, SDI, optical fiber installation and maintenance.
- Video walls, promotional tablets and monitors installation, calibration for content in desired quality.
- Installation and administration of CCTV cameras and servers.
- Higher education in Telecommunications or Information Technology (required).
- Professional Working Proficiency in English (required).
- Deep knowledge and experience of network and video cable management, patching machines, labelling machines, ethernet (RJ45) and coaxial (SDI) crimping tools (required).
- High sense of responsibility (required).
- The ability to accurately fulfil the direct management orders and work tasks (required).
- The ability to work in a team (required).
