Occupational Safety and Health Intern (SG SST)
Evolution is seeking an Occupational Safety and Health Intern (SG-SST) to support the management, planning, and execution of activities related to the occupational safety and health system. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of prevention within the organisation.
The intern will collaborate closely with the SG-SST responsible team to maintain safety standards, manage technical documentation, and actively participate in incident investigations. This position is ideal for someone with a capacity for learning and a commitment to the integrity and continuous improvement of workplace safety processes.
- Support the planning, organisation, and development of the SG-SST under current regulations such as Decree 1072 of 2015 and Resolution 0312 of 2019.
- Assist in the development of the annual OSH work plan.
- Support the monitoring of key indicators and the execution of resources allocated to the OSH plan.
- Foster and accompany the participation of collaborators in SG-SST activities.
- Develop support materials for training, promotion and prevention campaigns, inductions, and awareness sessions.
- Support the execution of training sessions for workers, contractors, and visitors on risks and control measures.
- Contribute to the dissemination and understanding of the occupational safety and health policy.
- Participate in the Incident and Occupational Accident Investigation Team, supporting Root Cause Analysis and the follow-up of action plans.
- Support the documentation management and administration of physical and digital SG-SST records.
- Understanding of Colombian OSH regulations (Resolution 0312 of 2019, Law 1562 of 2012, among others) (required).
- Basic knowledge of methodologies for risk identification, evaluation, and control (required).
- Fundamentals in the development and updating of the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Matrix (IPER) (required).
