As a Market Analyst, Sports, the role will handle the exceptions that machines cannot, such as ambiguous events, conflicting sources, and unusual outcomes, ensuring accuracy before information reaches the customer.
The Market Analyst, Sports will own the match-day exceptions queue, including unmapped teams, moved events, duplicate listings, and feed failures. They will monitor live markets to ensure they open and close on time and do not remain open after an event starts. The role involves drafting outcomes for approval when a result requires human interpretation, attaching clear reasoning and sources. Additionally, the analyst will review shipped markets from a user's perspective and flag errors before they become incidents, and turn recurring exceptions into clear tooling tickets for operations engineers.
- Work the match-day exceptions queue, including unmapped teams, moved events, duplicate listings and feed failures.

- Expertise in another major sport is an advantage (preferred).
- Confidence in queue-driven tools and concise operational writing (required).
- Fluent English (required).
- Additional languages or strong knowledge of major US sports are advantages (preferred).
