iGaming Account Specialist
iGamingNuts is seeking an iGaming Account Specialist who is a fan of sports and understands the betting world. The role involves connecting sports events to revenue outcomes, forecasting performance, and managing partner relationships to ensure optimal deals for players.
The specialist will be responsible for conducting regular business reviews, monitoring results, and managing the full lifecycle of partner accounts. The role requires a proactive approach to data analysis and financial modelling to drive revenue and margin growth.
- Contact with partners and regular data-driven business reviews.
- Ensuring smooth information flow between bookmakers and internal departments, making sure nothing gets lost along the way.
- Monitoring search results for adherence to agreements and reporting deviations.
- Verifying and reconciling balances and monitoring receivables.
- Data analysis, including cohorts, LTV, payback period, and traffic quality – drawing conclusions, not just creating charts.
- Modelling profitability of settlements (RevShare, CPA, hybrids) – determining the best model for partners.
- Verifying regulatory compliance and maintaining a risk register.
- Managing accounts within their established lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
- Responsibility for portfolio performance – revenue (NGR) and margin are your numbers.
- Building and updating forecasts and explaining any discrepancies.
- Understanding of sports and the ability to navigate the sports world (required).
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (preferably Google Sheets) (required).
- Ability in financial modelling and forecasting (required).
- Knowledge of basic regulatory compliance in iGaming in Poland (required).
- Accuracy, proactivity, and openness to new ideas (required).
- Resilience to stress and ability to work under time pressure (required).
- English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level (required).
- Knowledge of iGaming metrics (NGR, GGR, FTD, LTV, churn) (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with Attio, JIRA, and Confluence (nice-to-have).
- Experience on the operator or affiliate side (nice-to-have).
