Technical Account Manager
The role is for a Technical Account Manager who enjoys solving technical challenges and building strong relationships with clients. The candidate should be comfortable in the world of technology and have no barriers with the English language.
This position involves building and maintaining relationships with clients of the platform. It also includes providing technical support to individuals responsible for sales and customer service, as well as solving ongoing technical issues.
Further responsibilities include testing and implementing new functionalities, creating product and functionality documentation, and operating internal tools for service configuration and functioning. The role also requires learning about products and the market, achieving set goals, and developing competencies and skills useful in both life and work, including playing games.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients of our Platform.
- Providing technical support to people responsible for sales and customer service.
