Description

IGT is searching for a talented Game Producer to join its Vibe studio in Reno, NV. This role focuses on creating engaging casino games for a global audience by managing production. The Producer will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering casino games developed by the teams.

The Producer will lead and coordinate digital casino game development projects, acting as the main point of contact. This involves defining project vision, scope, and schedule, while providing regular feedback and tracking progress. Collaboration with stakeholders is key to clarifying requirements and ensuring smooth team communication. The role also requires identifying and resolving project blockers, assessing risks, and creating backup plans when needed. The Producer will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with the game vision.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate digital casino game development projects as the main point of contact.
  • Define project vision, scope, and schedule, while providing regular feedback and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure smooth team communication.
  • Identify and resolve project blockers, assess risks, and create backup plans when needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with the game vision.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years managing casino games or technical projects (required).
  • 1-3 years of project management experience (required).
  • Associates degree (required).
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Proven track record delivering quality products on time (required).
  • Familiar with Agile, localization, and internationalization best practices (required).
  • Strong communication skills (required).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and independent (required).
  • Fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Reno, NV (required).
