Safer Gambling Analyst (Swedish Speaking)
Immense Group is looking for a Swedish-speaking Safer Gambling Analyst to join their team and help maintain the highest standards of safer gambling practices.
The role focuses on safeguarding players and the business through proactive monitoring and communication.
The successful candidate will work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment to identify potential addictive behaviour and ensure compliance with internal policies. The position requires a dedicated individual who can balance analytical tasks with empathetic player support.
- Liaise with players by email or phone to ensure a safer gambling experience.
- Continuously improve safer gambling operations.
- Analyse risk-scoring reports to identify potential addictive behaviour.
- Contact players who are at risk by phone or email and provide support according to internal policies and procedures in relation to additional checks, self-exclusion, and account blocking.
- Monitor escalated player registrations to prevent and avoid underage gambling.
- Monitor escalated self-excluded players to assess risk and refund eligible players.
- Monitor and review follow-up case reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Escalate complex cases with recommendations to senior management to ensure player protection is safeguarded.
- Adopt a solution-focused approach to assist vulnerable players.
- Recommend changes and/or amendments to safer gambling operational activities and processes.
- Work closely with the Safer Gambling Management to install a culture of safer gambling through promoting awareness and delivering training as required.
- Native or close to native level of Swedish and fluent level of English, both spoken and written (required).
- Keen interest in the psychology of addiction, regulatory and compliance knowledge (required).
- Ability to listen effectively and understand others, empathy (required).
