Senior Compliance Coordinator
The Senior Compliance Coordinator is responsible for leading the operational compliance function within Product Operations. This role ensures that all games and operational activities comply with regulatory requirements across all brands and jurisdictions.
The position combines regulatory compliance with process governance, documentation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. It involves working closely with Product Operations, Legal & Compliance, DEVS, Projects, Partnership Management, and external providers.
A key responsibility is ensuring compliance processes, certifications, regulatory documentation, and operational controls remain accurate, audit-ready, and continuously improved to support operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and business growth.
- Lead the certification lifecycle, ensuring game certifications, re-certifications, and market-specific regulatory documentation remain accurate and up to date.
- Ensure games, promotions, configurations, and operational activities comply with jurisdictional and regulatory requirements before release.
- Coordinate regulatory documentation with Compliance, DEVS, Projects, testing laboratories, and game providers.
- Maintain certification repositories, compliance trackers, regulatory evidence, and audit documentation.
- Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate operational implementation across Product Operations.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, coordinating evidence, and following up on audit actions.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve compliance procedures, SOPs, checklists, and regulatory documentation.
- Ensure compliance documentation remains accurate, current, and aligned with regulatory requirements and operational workflows.
- Support the development of compliance-related Knowledge Base articles and onboarding material.
- Promote standardisation of compliance processes across Product Operations.
- Prepare compliance reports, certification trackers, regulatory dashboards, and market-specific reporting.
- Identify compliance risks, operational gaps, and opportunities to strengthen operational controls.
- Support implementation of automation initiatives and AI-assisted tools that improve compliance processes, documentation, and reporting.
- Work closely with Product Operations, Legal & Compliance, DEVS, CRM, Customer Operations, Projects, and external providers to maintain regulatory alignment.
- Participate in operational, regulatory, and cross-functional projects as required.
- Support new market launches and regulatory initiatives.
- Maintain sufficient operational knowledge to provide support across Product Operations where required and contribute to business continuity.
- Perform any other task or responsibility related or connected to the role.
- Minimum of 3 years experience within the iGaming industry in Compliance, Product Operations, Certification Management, QA, or a similar operational role (required).
- Demonstrated experience managing regulatory documentation, certifications, audits, or compliance-related processes (required).
- Good understanding of casino games, game certifications, regulated markets, and operational compliance requirements (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify compliance risks and recommend practical solutions (required).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills (required).
- Experience developing or maintaining compliance documentation, SOPs, checklists, and regulatory procedures (required).
- Experience supporting or leading process improvement and operational governance initiatives (required).
- Comfortable working with compliance reports, certification trackers, regulatory dashboards, and operational metrics (required).
- An interest in automation and AI-assisted operational processes (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams (required).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and regulated environment (required).
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline (required).
