Customer Experience Advisor - Danish
LeoVegas is looking for enthusiastic individuals to serve as the welcoming face and voice for their customers. The role involves engaging with customers via email and live chat to ensure they receive exceptional service.
As a Customer Experience Advisor, the successful candidate will be at the heart of the action. They will have the opportunity to collaborate with various internal teams, including Payments, Fraud, Safer Gambling, and CRM, to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Provide clear and concise communication to customers via live chat, email, and phone.
- Listen to customer inquiries and resolve problems effectively whilst adhering to policies and procedures.
- Address customer complaints professionally, with empathy and patience, focusing on turning negative experiences into positive ones.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team and culture (required).
- Native proficiency in Danish (required).
- Fluent in English (required).
- Enthusiasm and a self-motivated team player attitude (required).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (required).
- Strong organisational and time management abilities (required).
- Previous experience in the gambling industry (nice-to-have).
