Customer Experience Advisor - Dutch

Description

LeoVegas is looking for enthusiastic individuals to serve as the welcoming face and voice of the company while providing exceptional service to customers. As a Customer Experience Advisor, the successful candidate will be at the heart of the action, engaging with customers via email and live chat to ensure their experience is fantastic.

The role involves collaborating with talented teams in Payments, Fraud, Safer Gambling, and CRM, providing an opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Clear and concise communication to customers via live chat, email and phone.
  • Listening to customer inquiries and resolving problems effectively whilst adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Addressing customer complaints professionally, with empathy and patience, with a focus on turning negative experiences into positive ones.
Requirements
  • An ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team and our culture (required)
  • Fluent in Dutch (required)
  • Enthusiasm and be a self-motivated team player (required)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (required)
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities (required)
  • Previous experience in the gambling industry (nice-to-have)
