Project Manager - PMO
LeoVegas is looking for a Project Manager to join its PMO team, which ensures alignment across various verticals including Commercial, Product and Technology, HR, Finance, and Operations. The role involves leading projects that drive business growth, such as new market entries, platform integrations, and regulatory initiatives, while also contributing to the AI programme.
The successful candidate will manage either one large project or several smaller ones in parallel, delivering them through the established PMO governance framework. Reporting to the Head of PMO, the Project Manager will work closely with Strategy and Excellence and with stakeholders across the group.
- Lead one large project or several smaller ones in parallel, from initiation through to post-launch.
- Define objectives, scope, deliverables and deadlines, and build the business case and project plan.
- Run project governance in line with the PMO framework, including steering committees and decision logs.
- Keep every workstream on track for time, scope and budget.
- Spot risks early and put mitigation plans in place.
- Act as the single source of truth for your project, reporting progress to stakeholders, steering groups and C-level.
- Run retrospectives and close projects with complete documentation.
- Pick an area of project management and help the PMO framework get better at it.
- Proven experience delivering projects end to end, using steering committees, risk management and decision logs (required).
- Experience running projects with technical elements, translating requirements between business and technical teams (required).
- Clear communication and strong stakeholder management, including leading cross-functional teams you don't manage directly (required).
- A solution-focused approach: you bring options and drive problems to a decision, not just raise them (required).
- Understanding of AI in a business context, ideally having used it in your own project work (required).
- Working knowledge of PMI or PRINCE2 and agile or scrum delivery, plus confident use of Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence (nice-to-have).
- Experience with projects shaped by regulation, licensing or compliance, in any industry (nice-to-have).
- Hybrid work policy.
- 4 weeks of Workation (T&C apply).
- Well-being allowance to support your active lifestyle.
- Private health insurance.
- Discounts across a range of retailers, gyms, bars & restaurants.
- Employee assistance program that can provide help and guidance during challenging moments.
