HR Operations Associate
At Light & Wonder, people are at the heart of everything they do. As an HR Operations Associate, you will be a key part of the EMEA People Solution Center, helping to deliver a seamless employee experience across multiple countries and supporting a workforce of over 1,000 employees.

- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing a responsive and professional service to employees across the EMEA region.
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
- Administer HR processes, policies, and procedures across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local requirements and company standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire inductions and supporting managers to create a positive first-day experience.
- Respond to employee enquiries within agreed service levels, delivering a consistent and positive employee experience.
- Support Senior HR Specialists with projects, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and governance requirements throughout the EMEA region.
- Previous experience in HR administration, HR operations, shared services, or a customer-focused administrative environment (required).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy (required).
- A customer-first mindset and a genuine passion for delivering a great employee experience (required).
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across different teams and levels of the business (required).
- Experience working with HR systems and employee data (required).
- Experience with Workday would be an advantage (nice-to-have).
- Understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and data confidentiality requirements (required).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying opportunities for process improvement (required).
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information (required).
