Payments and Fraud Operations Analyst - Night Shift
LiveScore Group is looking for a Payments and Fraud Operations Analyst to work the night shift. The primary role of the Payments Team is to manage payment flows across the Sportsbook platform. This position involves reviewing and monitoring deposit and withdrawal transactions, investigating suspicious payment activities, and handling chargeback cases to mitigate risk and protect revenue losses to the business.
The analyst will handle internal escalations from departments such as Customer Support, Player Protection, Player Engagement, and AML. They will also escalate payment-related incidents, including deposit or withdrawal issues, PSP disruptions, and in-house functionality concerns, to the technical team for resolution. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong decision-making, and the ability to manage workload effectively and in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and monitoring deposit and withdrawal transactions.
- Identifying suspicious activity using fraud monitoring tools, in-house solutions, and other systems.
- Performing initial investigations and taking immediate corrective action to mitigate losses to the business.
- Completing a variety of account and payment administration tasks related to these issues.
- Answering reconciliation emails from the Finance Team with the view of ensuring users get a first-class service.
- Handling chargeback administration and case management on a regular basis.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and in a timely manner (required).
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken, and good command of English (fluent) (required).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Payments, AML, or other customer-facing departments within the iGaming sector (required).
- High level of attention to detail and absolutely trustworthy (required).
- Highly motivated and willing to learn and develop skills (required).
- Team player and self-starter who is able to work on own initiative (required).
- Excellent analytical skills (required).
- Proficient in the use of standard IT packages (especially Excel) (required).
