The Player Protection Specialist will review member accounts and activities for signs of harm, conduct risk management, and liaise with members showing concern to carry out interventions. This role involves identifying risks, applying player protection policies, handling customer enquiries and complaints, and acting as a subject matter expert in safer gambling. The ideal candidate will have strong investigative and communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
