CRM Associate
Optimove is seeking a creative, ambitious, and detail-oriented team player to join its collaborative environment. This role involves working alongside multiple customer-facing teams to help clients deliver best-in-class CRM campaigns while developing expertise in marketing technology and customer engagement.
- Implement, manage, and report on CRM campaigns for Optimove clients.
- Develop CRM strategies based on industry best practices.
- Build and modify email templates using a drag and drop editor.
- Provide high-level analysis and recommendations on CRM campaign performance, including segmentation, content, and offers.
- Support client migrations and assist with project coordination and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) or relevant CRM experience (required)
- Consulting or client-facing experience (required)
- Excellent attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Proficiency in Excel (required)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (required)
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a customer-focused role (required)
- Must be eligible to work in the UK (required)
- Experience with an Email Service Provider (ESP) (preferred)
- Understanding of CRM strategies and lifecycle marketing (preferred)
- Basic HTML knowledge (preferred)
- Photoshop experience (nice-to-have)
