Affiliate Manager

- Manage and grow key strategic partners and the most profitable affiliate accounts.
- Acquire high-value partners and strategic traffic sources.
- Conduct complex negotiations and establish customised partnership terms.
- Perform in-depth traffic performance analysis and scale profitable traffic sources and campaigns.
- Work with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models at an advanced level.
- Lead anti-fraud efforts and handle non-standard or high-risk traffic sources.
- Launch and develop new GEOs and acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with large media buying teams and manage complex partnership cases.
- Provide support and expertise to Middle and Junior Affiliate Managers on complex issues upon Team Lead request.
- Demonstrate deep iGaming expertise and consistently achieve KPIs in high-pressure environments.
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, with a proven track record of scaling affiliate partnerships (required).
- Deep understanding of key performance metrics (FD, RD, R2D, LTV, Churn) (required).
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools, including Tableau and affiliate platforms (required).
- Experience with predictive modelling is a plus (nice-to-have).
- Experience independently representing an affiliate program at industry conferences (required).
- Understanding of regulatory requirements across key GEOs (required).
- Proven success cases where the candidate played a key role in achieving results (required).
- Established personal network of Tier 2–3 affiliates and partners (required).
