Business Analyst
Pin-Up Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join its team. The role involves managing business analysis activities across two projects simultaneously, ensuring that stakeholder expectations, dependencies, and deliverables are effectively handled. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to elicit, analyse, validate, and manage business requirements, while highlighting potential opportunities, risks, dependencies, and solution impacts.
Pin-Up Global requires a professional who can own the quality and maintenance of BA documentation (BRD, SRS, user guides, user stories, etc.) and prepare and facilitate refinement sessions. The role also includes interacting with QAs during product testing, mentoring and supporting Junior and Middle Business Analysts, onboarding new Business Analysts, and maintaining end-to-end ownership and deep functional knowledge within the area of responsibility. Sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices across teams is also a key aspect of the role.
- Own Business Analysis activities across two projects simultaneously, effectively managing priorities, stakeholder expectations, dependencies, and BA deliverables across both projects.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and manage business requirements, while highlighting on potential opportunities, risks, dependencies, and solution impacts.
- Own the quality and maintenance of BA documentation (BRD, SRS, user guides, user stories, etc.).
- Prepare and facilitate refinement sessions.
- Interaction with QAs while testing product.
- Mentor and support Junior and Middle Business Analysts, onboard new Business Analysts.
- Maintain end-to-end ownership and deep functional knowledge within the area of responsibility.
- Share knowledge, expertise, and best practices across teams.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (required)
- Experience in driving cross-functional initiatives from initial domain discovery to successful delivery and product adoption (required)
- Strong ability to comprehend complex system domains, data models, entities, and field-level operational logic (required)
- Ability to identify NFRs (Non-Functional Requirements), hidden system dependencies, effectively translating their impact back to business stakeholders (required)
- Experience in planning the BA activities, building BA roadmaps, and coordinating requirements planning across multiple teams or streams (required)
- Possession of a structured, process and result-oriented approach, a practical way to solve problems (required)
- Ability to design and lead complex, multi-stakeholder workshops, alignment sessions, and discovery meetings (required)
- Demonstrates the ability to independently manage BA activities and priorities across at least two projects simultaneously (required)
- Leadership, result oriented, direct communication, ability to manage complex expectations (required)
- BPMN, UML, API & System Integration, Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, Miro, Figma (required)
