Business Analyst Senior
Pin-Up Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. The role involves analysing gathered requirements and expectations to create detailed specifications in the form of user stories. The Business Analyst will support requirements management throughout the project life cycle and interact with key stakeholders to gather and analyse business needs, while consulting on opportunities and risks.
This position requires the ability to provide information and consultation regarding product features, relations, and interactions to stakeholders on demand. The Business Analyst will monitor and analyse project implementation, delivery, and operation to provide feedback for improvements. They will also review and approve user stories in collaboration with project managers and technical specialists, and present these stories to the team to clarify any controversial points.
Furthermore, the Business Analyst will maintain a detailed understanding of product features and functions to identify new opportunities and threats. They will develop and maintain documentation according to standards, conduct deep analysis considering non-functional requirements and technical limitations, and develop optimal solutions that balance business needs with technical capabilities and user experience. The role also involves managing cross-team requirements and coordinating planning across multiple streams. The Senior Business Analyst will also influence strategy within their domain, facilitate and resolve problems within their team, establish work processes, lead cross-team and cross-functional projects, and influence strategic decisions considering user value and business goals.
- Analysis of the gathered requirements and expectations and creation of requirements specifications (in the form of a user story).
- Supporting needs in requirements management during the whole project life cycle.
- Interaction with key stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, consulting them on opportunities and risks.
- Providing information and consulting about products’ features, relations and interactions to any stakeholder on demand.
- Monitoring and analysis of projects implementation, delivery and operation with feedback for improvements.
- Review and approve the user stories in collaboration with project managers and key technical specialists.
- Presentation of the user stories to the team, their clarification of incomprehensible and controversial points, and their updating and change as a result of discussion with the team.
- Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of responsibility.
- Development and maintenance of documentation in accordance with standards and requirements.
- Conducts deep analysis considering NFRs, technical limitations, and architecture.
- Develops optimal solutions balancing business needs, technical capabilities, and UX.
- Manages cross-team requirements and flows.
- Coordinates planning across multiple teams or streams.
- Influences the strategy within domain.
- Facilitates and resolves problems within their team.
- Establishes work processes within their team.
- Leads crossteam and crossfunctional projects.
- Influences strategic decisions, considering user value and business goals.

- Experience: 4+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the iGaming or payments industry (required)
- Experience working with Atlassian stack tools (Jira, Confluence) (required)
- Ability to present information clearly, logically, and consistently (required)
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and solutions (required)
- Understanding documentation standards (required)
- Proficiency in requirement gathering (in the form of user stories, use cases, and other relevant formats), process mapping(UML, BPMN), and documentation(including requirements specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides) (required)
- Experience with payment method integrations and understanding of the payment process (required)
- Understanding REST API, JSON (required)
