Country Operations Coordinator

Description

The Country Operations Coordinator role involves overseeing the implementation of tasks and delegating responsibilities across the department. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed promptly within the specified domain and will evaluate the results of tasks to verify their efficacy.

This position serves as a bridge between various team members, aiming to improve procedures to maximize team productivity and foster cooperation and interaction with other teams within the department.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of tasks and delegate responsibilities across the department.
  • Assume responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed promptly within the specified domain.
  • Evaluate the results of tasks to verify their efficacy.
  • Serve as a bridge between various team members.
  • Improve procedures to maximize team productivity.
  • Foster cooperation and interaction with other teams within the department.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a project manager or project coordinator (required).
  • Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (required).
  • Strong knowledge of the basics of operations management (required).
  • Basic understanding of the iGaming domain (required).
  • Proficient user of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) (required).
  • Experience in requirements analysis, resource estimation, project planning, risk, and change management (required).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate (required).
  • Ability to work with large data sets (required).
  • Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions (required).
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment (required).
