Data Analyst
Pin-Up Global is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team. This role involves working with data to support business decision-making and maintaining data integrity across various streams.
The successful candidate will collaborate with different business units and contribute to the development of analytical standards within a fast-growing business group.
- Developing and maintaining BI dashboards according to agreed standards.
- Creating and maintaining data sources and data flows to ensure accuracy, validity, data integrity, and data freshness.
- Handling adhoc analytical requests including segmentation, data export, and metric snapshots.
- Brainstorming and collaborating with different business streams.
- Proficiency in SQL, including advanced querying and window functions (required)
- Experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau (required)
- Familiarity with databases such as ClickHouse (required)
- Skills in hypothesis validation and data-driven analysis (required)
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics (required)
- Python (optional) (nice-to-have)
- Experience in Contact Centre / Customer Support industry (nice-to-have)
