Game Manager
Pin-Up Global is looking for a Game Manager to join their team. This role involves managing gaming content and bonus operations while collaborating with various internal departments and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of a mentor to master operational tools and processes. The role focuses on the configuration of games, the execution of bonus mechanics, and the continuous improvement of gaming-related initiatives through data-driven insights and hypothesis testing.
- Master the key tools and processes for working with games and bonuses under the guidance of a mentor.
- Learn to independently handle operational tasks related to bonuses and gaming content without critical errors.
- Establish regular collaboration with Analytics, Marketing, Product, Design, game providers, and the Platform team.
- Start contributing to the development and testing of hypotheses together with the team.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks within agreed deadlines.
- Develop initial independent optimisation proposals based on data and analytics.
- Successfully complete the probation period assessment with no critical issues related to operational performance.
- Operational management of bonuses in collaboration with the Marketing team. (required)
- Collaboration with Analytics, Product, Design, game providers, and the Platform team on gaming-related initiatives. (required)
- Resolution of technical issues related to game configuration and bonus mechanics. (required)
- Participation in developing and testing hypotheses, including both assigned tasks and own initiatives. (required)
- Preparation and analysis of reports on gaming and bonus-related metrics. (required)
- Contribution to process optimisation within the Gaming function as the role evolves. (required)
