IT Support Engineer
Pin-Up Global is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team. This role involves managing office infrastructure, providing technical assistance to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of corporate systems.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-growing environment, collaborating with a multicultural team of professionals across various departments. The position offers the flexibility to work either on-site or remotely.
- Setup and support of office corporate network.
- Maintenance of office computers and office equipment.
- Assets management.
- Providing technical support to the company's employees, including remote ones.
- Manage MDM, credentials, group policies, access rights.
- Experience in similar position 2 year (required)
- Experience of MDM solutions (required)
- Understanding of network technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN) (required)
- Experience with OS (MacOS, Windows at administrator level, Linux at basic level) (required)
- Basic experience Google Workspace or Microsoft365 (required)
- Experience with ticket system and wiki (required)
- Experience with deployment tools (required)
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting software (required)
- Experience with modular repair (required)
