Licensing and Regulatory Specialist
Pin-Up Global is seeking a Licensing and Regulatory Specialist to join its legal team. This role involves managing contract lifecycles, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting internal legal processes within a fast-growing business environment.
The successful candidate will work within a multicultural team of top professionals across various departments. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from one of the company's offices in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, or Yerevan.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including merchant service agreements, software license agreements, payment service agreements (with PSPs), NDAs and service agreements.
- Drafting and updating Terms & Conditions, AML/KYC policies.
- Support basic AML/KYC compliance review in the context of merchant and PSP onboarding.
- Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Maintaining various internal contract registries.
- Updating and revising internal standards for registry management.
- Negotiating and resolving cross-team tasks with other internal legal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) (required)
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a legal role within fintech, payments or i-gaming industry (required)
- Demonstrated experience in contract law (required)
- Strong knowledge of contract law and the ability to draft and review complex legal documents (English law) (required)
- Understanding of payment industry business models (PSPs, aggregators, merchants) and basic AML/KYC principles (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical legal solutions (required)
- Commitment to internal policies compliance with the ability to question and improve them (required)
- Familiarity with internal IT-tools: Asana, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack (required)
- English language level B2-C1 (required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, especially under pressure mitigating and avoiding conflicts (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (required)
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team (required)
