Motion Designer
The company is looking for a Motion Designer to join their team. This role involves managing the full project cycle independently and requires a proactive individual who thrives on task diversity and collaboration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality motion graphics and visual content to support various campaigns and social media channels. The company seeks a creative professional who can integrate AI tools into their workflow to accelerate processes and generate innovative ideas.
- Produce motion graphics content for our diverse campaigns and Social Media channels.
- Conduct market/competitor research and analysis, preparing compelling ideas and proposals to improve internal visual communication and boost engagement.
- Work on updating and developing the brand's visual identity internally.
- Handle large, complex tasks to update the company’s visual communication.
- Efficiently work with and adapt existing templates and guidelines.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) (required).
- Good knowledge in Figma (preferred).
- Expert knowledge of AI tools for generating visuals (static/animation), and basic understanding of AI for voiceovers and music generation (required).
- Experienced in creating diverse digital promo materials (banners, videos, event visuals, etc) (required).
- Confidently uses AI (ChatGPT, Gemini etc.) to accelerate processes and generate multiple ideas (required).
- Strong grasp of composition, typography, and colour; can rationally defend design choices (required).
- A strong, diverse portfolio (required).
- Deep AI Integration: Treats AI as a core partner in the creative workflow (required).
- Work background in Media, PR, or Marketing Agency (required).
- Simple 3D graphics ability (nice-to-have).
- Highly self-organised, proactive, excellent communicator, and a true team player (required).
