Motion Designer
Pin-Up Global is hiring a Motion Designer. The role involves creating and adapting video content in line with brand books and guidelines, transforming static concepts into motion while maintaining product identity, and developing 2D and AI-generated videos. Responsibilities include video editing, retouching, compositing, and element replacement. The Motion Designer will also mentor other motion designers and conduct design reviews, requiring independence in making visual and technical decisions.
- Creation and adaptation of video content in line with brand books and guidelines.
- Transformation of static concepts into motion while maintaining product identity.
- Development of 2D and AI-generated videos.
- Video editing, retouching, compositing, and element replacement.
- Mentoring motion designers and conducting design reviews.
- Expert proficiency in After Effects, including plugins and scripts (required).
- Deep understanding of 2D animation principles (required).
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools for video generation and animation (required).
- Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and Media Encoder (required).
- Sound design: audio selection, editing, and mixing (required).
- Video editing, retouching, and element replacement skills (required).
- Ability to work within brand books, guidelines, and existing design systems (required).
- Independence in making visual and technical decisions (required).
- Knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) (nice-to-have).
- Experience in automating production workflows (nice-to-have).
