Motion Designer
The role involves executing 3D projects based on prepared concepts and scripts, as well as proposing visual solutions to enhance the core idea of scenes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building 3D scenes, including layout, lighting, cameras, and materials. They will also be tasked with setting up stylized or photorealistic renders and animating objects, cameras, and scenes with a strong sense of rhythm and composition. Work in After Effects at a confident level, including compositing, post-production, and final assembly. Maintain a clean file structure and follow the team's production pipeline.
- Execute 3D projects based on prepared concepts and scripts.
- Propose visual solutions that enhance the core idea of the scene.
- Build 3D scenes: layout, lighting, cameras, materials.
- Set up stylized or photorealistic renders (Redshift / Octane).
- Animate objects, cameras, and scenes with a strong sense of rhythm and composition.
- Work in After Effects at a confident level: compositing, post-production, final assembly.
- Maintain clean file structure and follow team production pipeline.
- Confident skills in Cinema 4D or Blender (required).
- Experience with Redshift or Octane (required).
- Strong working knowledge of After Effects (required).
- Solid understanding of composition, lighting setups, and motion principles (required).
- Ability to analyse a brief and elevate it through strong visuals (required).
- Responsibility and independence in executing tasks (required).
- Attention to detail and technical accuracy (required).
- Experience with character rigging and animation (including facial/body rigging) (nice-to-have).
- Skills in modeling and sculpting (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with Marvelous Designer / Substance / ZBrush (nice-to-have).
