Performance Marketing Manager

Description

Pin-Up Global is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team. This role involves managing affiliate program promotion campaigns from end to end, including briefing, media planning, approvals, launch, and final analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating affiliate media, negotiating terms, and ensuring that all campaigns meet performance goals. The role requires a data-driven approach to testing hypotheses and scaling successful solutions to contribute to the overall performance strategy of the affiliate segment.

Responsibilities
  • Independently run affiliate program promotion campaigns end to end: briefing, media planning, approvals, launch, placement monitoring, actuals collection, and final analysis.
  • Source and evaluate affiliate media, Telegram channels, affiliate program directories, rankings, forums, webmaster communities, influencers, and partnership formats.
  • Request and compare terms, negotiate within agreed limits, document agreements, and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
  • Prepare media plans and placement calendars; track budgets, payments, deadlines, and links to work tasks.
  • Write briefs for content, design, and production; check that deliverables match the task, the platform's format, and tracking requirements.
  • Set up and verify UTM tags and tracking links according to the established standard; ensure data completeness for analytics.
  • Maintain a platform database and interaction history: topic, geo, traffic and audience types, contacts, terms, results, and status of ongoing collaboration.
  • Prepare regular reports on CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, CR, ROI, reach, traffic, registrations, and qualified partners; explain deviations from plan and recommend actions.
  • Develop and prioritize hypotheses for new platforms and formats, run tests, and scale proven solutions once approved.
  • Contribute to the affiliate segment's performance strategy and quarterly plans, providing data, insights, and recommendations within your area.
  • Collaborate with affiliate teams, marketing managers, Sales, Content, Design, Production, Analytics, and other stakeholders; gather feedback on the quality of acquired partners.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or affiliate marketing, including running campaigns independently (required)
  • Understanding of the affiliate program model and the partner journey, from first contact through registration, qualification, and activation to the start of traffic acquisition (required)
  • Hands-on experience with paid placements in Telegram, affiliate media, affiliate program directories, industry media, and native formats; ability to evaluate a platform, its audience, terms, and format before buying (required)
  • Ability to build a media plan independently, covering goals, channels, formats, timelines, budgets, forecast KPIs, and actual results (required)
  • Strong command of CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, CR, and ROI; working knowledge of CAC and unit economics (required)
  • Experience analyzing the performance funnel from source and placement through partner registration, qualification, and activation; ability to draw conclusions and define next steps based on data (required)
  • Skills in formulating and testing hypotheses, comparing formats and platforms, and running basic A/B tests (required)
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets: formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning and reconciliation, and building clear reports (required)
  • Working proficiency with Google Analytics, Similarweb, Ahrefs, and TGStat, or comparable tools (required)
  • Experience writing briefs for copy, banners, and other creatives, reviewing and approving deliverables, and coordinating launches with adjacent teams (required)
  • English at B1 or above: written correspondence, researching platforms and terms, and taking part in working calls on familiar topics (required)
  • Experience promoting affiliate programs in iGaming, fintech, crypto, or other high-risk verticals (nice-to-have)
  • Experience working with affiliate media, Telegram media, Telegram Ads, affiliate program directories, forums, webmaster communities, and industry platforms (nice-to-have)
  • An established network of media, influencer, or partner contacts, and a proven track record of negotiating terms (nice-to-have)
  • Experience with cross-promotion, special projects, native integrations, reviews, rankings, listings, and bundled placement deals (nice-to-have)
  • Experience with end-to-end analytics and BI systems, and with automating recurring reporting (nice-to-have)
  • Understanding of UTM tagging, naming conventions, and how to ensure traffic is attributed correctly (required)
  • Ownership: Drives campaigns to results without constant oversight and escalates risks in a timely manner (required)
  • Systematic approach and attention to detail: Keeps budgets, statuses, links, UTM tags, and reporting data accurate and well organized (required)
  • Prioritization and time management: Handles multiple affiliate projects and launches in parallel (required)
  • Clear, subject-matter communication: Documents agreements, asks clarifying questions, and gives stakeholders and the team clear status updates (required)
  • Results orientation: Measures a placement not by the fact that it went live, but by its contribution to new partner registrations, qualification, and activation (required)
  • Initiative and critical thinking: Proposes hypotheses, backs decisions with data, and takes feedback into account (required)
Benefits
  • An exciting and challenging job in a fast-growing business group.
  • Opportunity to be part of a multicultural team of top professionals.
  • Great working atmosphere with passionate experts and leaders.
  • Beautiful offices in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, Yerevan with the option to work remotely or on-site.
