Product Manager Senior
The Product Manager role involves owning and developing product features or product areas end-to-end, from problem discovery to delivery and iteration.
This involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify user problems, business needs, and opportunities for product improvements. The role requires formulating product hypotheses, defining success metrics, and validating solutions through experiments.
Responsibilities include managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on value, impact, and business goals, and working closely with business analysis, engineering, and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. The Product Manager will monitor product performance using metrics and analytics, generate insights, propose improvements, and participate in roadmap planning, aligning product initiatives with overall product strategy. Collecting and analyzing user feedback, incidents, and product data is also key to continuously improving the product.
- Owning and developing product features or product areas end-to-end: from problem discovery to delivery and iteration.

- Working closely with business analysis, engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

- Participating in roadmap planning and aligning product initiatives with overall product strategy.
- Collecting and analyzing user feedback, incidents and product data to continuously improve the product.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in digital products (B2B, B2C, SaaS or platforms) (required)
- Experience working with CRM systems, user segmentation and lifecycle communication (required)
- Strong understanding of product management fundamentals: discovery, delivery, hypothesis-driven development (required)
- Experience working with product metrics (required)
- Practical experience in hypothesis formulation, validation and experimentation (A/B tests, MVPs, feature launches) (required)
- Solid understanding of prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE, WSJF or similar) and backlog management (required)
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, analytics, business analysts, business stakeholders (required)
- Ability to clearly document product requirements, user flows and product decisions (required)
- Strong analytical and structured thinking, ability to make data-informed decisions (required)
- Good communication skills and ability to explain product decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (required)
- English level sufficient for work documentation (required)
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g. GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, internal BI tools) (required)
- Experience in iGaming, betting or related high-load consumer products (nice-to-have)
