Project Manager
PIN-UP Global is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role focuses on project management within the Marketing Business Units, supporting key workflows and operational processes. The Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and supporting cross-functional interactions, managing tasks using systems like Jira and Asana, and prioritizing distribution of tasks within the team. They will also control reporting materials and deadlines, manage analysis and reporting, and support team development.
The role requires experience working directly with senior stakeholders, including Heads and C-level executives. The Project Manager will need a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to analyze complex processes, identify improvement areas, and build effective system and workflow solutions. Strong time management and multitasking skills are essential, along with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment. Openness to feedback and the ability to quickly incorporate it into work are also key.

- Experience in building and optimizing business processes, resource estimation, project planning, risk, and change management (required).
- Experience working directly with senior stakeholders, including Heads and C-level executives (required).
