Project Manager (Tech)
Pin-Up Global is looking for a Project Manager to coordinate delivery across 1 to 2 Scrum teams within the Marketing Domain. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and eager to grow, with the ability to manage day-to-day delivery, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and continuously improve team processes under the guidance of a Delivery Lead.
This role involves working closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Business Analysts, and developers to ensure work is delivered on time and according to agreed priorities. The Project Manager will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track delivery progress, and maintain Jira hygiene to ensure project transparency and efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day delivery for 1 to 2 Scrum teams, ensuring work is delivered on time and according to agreed priorities.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Track delivery progress, identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain Jira hygiene, ensuring work items are up to date, properly estimated, linked, and reflect the current delivery status.
- Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to align priorities and delivery plans.
- Prepare regular status updates and communicate delivery progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
- Support backlog planning and prioritization by ensuring work is refined and ready for upcoming sprints.
- Help improve team processes, planning accuracy, and delivery predictability through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate releases and support incident management activities when required.
- Contribute to a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team environment.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in a product software company (required).
- Experience managing delivery for 1 to 2 Agile/Scrum teams (required).
- Good understanding of Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery practices (required).
- Experience coordinating sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team delivery (required).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment (required).
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills, including preparing status updates and escalating delivery risks when needed (required).
- Experience working closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Business Analysts, and developers (required).
- Willingness to improve delivery processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (required).
- Good proficiency in Jira and Confluence (Epics, Boards, Dashboards, JQL) (required).
- Experience using delivery metrics such as Delivery Rate, Velocity, Cycle Time, and Bug Rate (required).
- Understanding of release management, dependency management, and incident management (required).
- Familiarity with backlog prioritization frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or ICE (required).
- Strong ownership and proactive approach to problem solving (required).
- Clear written and verbal communication (required).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities (required).
- Good facilitation and stakeholder management skills (required).
