- Testing new functionality of the web application, with a focus on functional, cross-browser, and cross-device testing.
- Designing test scenarios and applying appropriate test design techniques.
- Performing regression testing.
- Creating and maintaining clear bug reports throughout their lifecycle.
- Creating and maintaining test documentation.
- Collaborating closely with developers, Business Analyst, Product Owner, and QA throughout all development stages.
- Proactively clarifying requirements, identifying gaps and risks, and communicating blockers.
- Contributing to test automation coverage and maintenance.
- Understanding of QA processes as part of the software development life cycle, including planning, test design, functional testing, regression testing, and defect tracking (required).
- Experience in cross-browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and cross-platform testing (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS) (required).
- Experience in applying test design techniques (required).
- Experience in writing test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists) (required).
- Strong analytical and communication skills (required).
- Good understanding of client-server architecture (required).
- Experience in identifying, analysing, investigating, and addressing client-server issues with the appropriate team (required).
- Confident working with test management tools such as Xray or TestRail (required).
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence (required).
- Experience working with iOS and Android (required).
- Basic knowledge of Python and Playwright for API and UI test scripts (required).
- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or Insomnia (required).
- Experience contributing to test automation or interest in developing automation skills (nice-to-have).
