Software Engineer (Fullstack)
PIN-UP Menu is looking for a Software Engineer (Fullstack). The role is based in Cyprus or Poland, with the option to work remotely.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications, design and implement efficient High Load APIs, and ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications. They will also implement security measures and data protection in line with industry standards, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and debug existing software, write technical documentation, and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (required)
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including production fullstack delivery (required)
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript (required)
- Experience with back-end frameworks (FastAPI) (required)
- Solid experience with Angular (standalone components, signals, OnPush strategy) (required)
- Expertise in object-oriented programming and SOLID principles (required)
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms (required)
- Strong knowledge of concurrency, parallelism, and related concepts (required)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture (required)
- Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git (required)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (required)
- Strong understanding of SQL database systems (required)
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) (required)
- Testing and quality mindset; understanding Test Pyramid methodology and different Test Categories (pytest, Jasmine/Karma or similar) (required)
- Understanding of Observability (structured logging, metrics, traces, OpenTelemetry) and Reliability (retries, backoff, idempotency) (required)
- Experience with authentication and authorization (OIDC/JWT; Keycloak or similar identity providers) (required)
- Experience with message brokers (e.g., NATS JetStream, Kafka, RabbitMQ) (nice-to-have)
- Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical/OLAP databases (nice-to-have)
- Experience with Playwright or similar browser automation (nice-to-have)
