Senior Full Stack Developer
888 is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer focused on AI Capabilities. The role involves designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting core marketing websites, web applications, APIs, and related services. The developer serves as the primary technical anchor for web initiatives within the Marketing unit, bridging third-party platform integrations (AWS, Monday.com, Google services) and pioneering the practical introduction of advanced AI capabilities into products, operational processes, and development workflows.
The developer is responsible for translating business and design requirements into secure, scalable, accessible, and high-performing solutions, owning full-stack features from technical design through deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and documentation. They will identify and deliver high-value AI use cases utilizing LLM APIs, automation, RAG, and related technologies, ensuring responsible practices for evaluation, data privacy, security, observability, cost control, and human oversight. The role also includes designing and implementing robust front-end applications, back-end services, APIs, databases, and seamless third-party platform integrations, as well as partnering closely with Product, Marketing, UX/UI, QA, DBAs, IT, and security stakeholders across the Agile development lifecycle. Maintaining elite technical standards through clean code, automated testing, code reviews, source control, security controls, and continuous improvements to performance, reliability, scalability, SEO, and accessibility is also key. The developer will monitor live production systems, investigate incidents and vulnerabilities, perform root-cause analysis, and implement lasting system improvements. Evaluating emerging technologies, recommending solutions that drive measurable business value, and mentoring or sharing knowledge with fellow developers are also part of the role.
