Team Lead Frontend
Pin-Up Global is looking for a Team Lead Frontend. This role involves leading a cross-functional team and managing technical projects, with a primary focus on React and Angular for admin panels. The successful candidate will be responsible for both hands-on technical development and the professional growth of team members.

- Development of leadership skills to improve team management and motivation.
- Providing regular feedback and mentoring to team members.
- Increasing developers’ autonomy and ownership.
- Ensuring effective communication with Backend, Product, and QA teams.
- Establishing regular syncs and clear areas of responsibility within the team.
- Maintaining documentation for critical parts of the projects.
- Quickly onboarding into the TNX project context and building effective working relationships with a new cross-functional team.
- 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience, including strong hands-on experience with React (required).
- 1+ years of experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or in a similar technical leadership role (required).
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript (required).
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript standards and modern frontend development practices (required).
- Strong understanding of React architecture, including context providers and consumers, hooks, state management, and component design (required).
- Strong understanding of fundamental Software Engineering concepts, design principles, and frontend architecture (required).
- Experience designing and evolving scalable, maintainable, and reusable frontend applications (required).
- Strong understanding of frontend performance, security, reliability, and observability (required).
- Good understanding of OOP and common software design patterns (required).
- Experience defining and maintaining frontend engineering standards and development practices (required).
- Experience with code reviews, technical decision-making, and refactoring of complex frontend systems (required).
- Experience with API integrations and collaboration with backend teams on API contracts (required).
- Experience with VCS (Git) (required).
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (required).
- Experience with unit testing and frontend testing practices (required).
- English: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (required).
- Hands-on experience with Angular (nice-to-have).
- Experience with modular frontend architecture and ownership of standalone frontend modules within a larger product ecosystem (nice-to-have).
- Experience with frontend monitoring, performance metrics, and error tracking (nice-to-have).
- Experience working in payment, fintech, or other high-load transactional systems (nice-to-have).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and frontend build/deployment processes (nice-to-have).
